4 on 4 PVCW Tournament Registration Form / $160 per team

The tournament is January 25-26, 2025 at the Bold Center. This year, we'll have a 16U category. THe fees of $160 needs to be paid in full to CONFIRM your entry into the tournament. You can do an E-Transfer to plamondonclub.treasurer@gmail.com or you can send a cheque to Plamondon Volleyball Club at the following address :

If you cancel your entry before January 8th, you'll receive your money back minus $20. If you cancel after January 8th, the club will not reimburse the fees.
